Hey wudzie! Great grammars - maybe I'll try to find out, what you are really trying to say here later. Until then:

sends cannot host any plugins themselfs - they are but channels to be routed elsewhere. This elsewhere can be a track, that holds one ore more plugins. I've got a lot of projects, where sends routing signals from tracks to a special track, that serves as a reverb-chamber or a delay.

Such as:

1.) insert a send into track 2 (vocals)
2.) point the send to track 44 (with tap-reverberator)
3.) activate the send, raise its volume until you hear just enough reverb for this vocal-track
4.) insert sends into other tracks and point them to track 44 also

thus you can spice up several tracks with different amounts of the same reverb.

Never had any problems with that - what exactly are you trying to do (what plugins in what tracks routed how...)?

Not the clearist of people at best of times.
I figured out problum.
I created new Buss channel.
placed reverb plug in it.
Created send in mixer channel and sent it to reveb.
Worked.
